• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare offer letters, support onboarding logistics, and assist with pre‑employment documentation.
• Partner with recruiters to manage job postings, pipeline updates, and hiring timelines.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events when needed.
• Help streamline and improve recruiting processes to enhance efficiency and candidate satisfaction.

• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or a similar operations‑focused role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in English; 
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and scheduling platforms is an advantage.
