JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position:              Assistant Manager Warehouse

Division:              Established Pharmaceutical Division -EPD

Location:             Warehouse – Islamabad

Job Summary:

Overseeing inventory management, ensuring adherence to third-party regulations, and supervising store operations. Monitoring order processing, and coordinating with transportation, suppliers, and both internal and external customers. Training, supervising, and evaluating staff, maintaining statistical and financial records, and ensuring that quality standards and cost-effective delivery timelines are achieved.

Major Responsibilities:

• Receipt of stock from manufacturing facilities on a routine basis and arrangement of racking.
• Confirmation of document in ERP system after stock is re-checked and advised by the Shipping team.
• Keep temperature-controlled drugs as per label claim.
• Maintain records and monitor the temperature of sensitive products.
• Monitor weekly reconciliations of stock through the cycle counting process and wall-to-wall stock counting.
• Take every possible care to meet Customer Services KPI # D1.
• Coordinate with the Shipping team to manage operational/logistics activities.
• Visit distributors to ensure good business relations and conduct Good Distribution & Warehouse practices (GD&WP).
• Maintain high-class housekeeping at the Warehouse.
• Arrange to conduct surveys of damaged stock (Transit).
• Follow QA and EHS rules and requirements. Facilitate audits and follow up with HO to close observations.
• Manage other jobs as assigned by superiors.

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

• University graduate preferably MBA in Supply Chain or Pharm D.
• 2- 3 years experience in a Pharma Company in a similar capacity.
• Passionate to work on the floor.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
