Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic thought partner and coach to business leaders to drive people agenda, support business growth, and have committed and motivated teams
- Participate in shaping and taking decisions that build the business plan in terms of people, leveraging data and insights
- Shape and manage workforce planning for the functions (both current and future efforts)
- Enable functional ownership in talent management across hire-to-retire for their teams (e.g., recruiting, development)
- Facilitate talent development to ensure strong succession plans, employee development and growth.
- Demonstrate problem solving at enterprise level
- Advance change leadership to drive organizational stability through periods of transformation/changes
- Partners closely with Total Rewards and L&D COEs to deploy enterprise strategy across the region
- Implement and oversee performance management process driving the organization towards its objectives and targets
- Deliver culture efforts across the business and identifying business-specific opportunities for growth
- Drive strategic workforce planning and organizational design for transformational impact to the business
- Liaise with cross-functional HR groups to deliver design/expertise to business
- Apply understanding of the business fundamentals and dynamics to drive business impact and shape human capital decisions
- Use financial acumen to drive business impact and shape human capital decisions
Key Experiences:
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success influencing senior executives and enabling organizational performance.
- Experience supporting global or highly matrixed functions with large employee populations.
- Proven track record leading workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies that drive business results.
- Demonstrated capability managing through change, including digital transformation, organizational redesign, or enterprise initiatives.
- Experience building and driving a “speak-up” culture within the APAC region
Qualifications: Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
