Associate, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing

As an Associate, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing supporting the Sx Sales Field team, you will be primarily responsible for planning, creating, and producing marketing materials to implement strategies and achieve sales objectives. You will develop promotional content for the sales force and media, evaluate and modify programs, and oversee all phases of promotional material production.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Plan, create, and produce marketing, advertising, and sales promotion materials to implement strategies and achieve sales objectives
• Produce informational material for the sales force and communications media to reach the maximum number of customers and prospects
• Evaluate and modify promotional or advertising programs
• Prepare and approve all technical and artistic phases of the finished promotional material
• Consult with company management, product managers, sales department, and advertising agencies to develop and implement promotional plans
• Recommend sales philosophy, approach, and media
• Purchase promotional materials including displays, signage, promotional printing, coupons, premiums, art, and photography
• Coordinate or oversee activities such as layout, sales kit preparation, display arrangement, internet promotions, and sales outline writing
• Choose agency and source of placement for promotional materials

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree administration/ finance or similar.
• +6 months of experience in a similar role
• English: intermediate
• Excel: Intermediate
• Data analysis is a plus
