This role is part of Alcon's Facilities & Administration function, a team that works to promote a safe and inclusive work environment through site services, like facilities management and security, and administrative support, as we transform the eye care industry.

Associate II, General Facilities Repair & Maintenance (S) is primarily responsible for performing manual and operational tasks to keep facilities running smoothly by following set procedures and applying technical skills with precision.

• Performing repairs, conduct inspections, and maintain equipment functionality per guidelines, ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and documentation for all tasks
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient operations
• Adhere to safety regulations and GxP requirements by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure rigorous quality control in all maintenance activities
