Job Description:

Manager, Fraud Operations & Project Management — Role Summary

The Manager of Fraud Operations and Project Management leads the execution of fraud‑related projects and strategic initiatives that influence applications, systems, and products across the organization. These initiatives may include new business capabilities, enhancements to existing processes, and opportunities that drive revenue growth, cost savings, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Designs, builds, launches, manages, and closes fraud‑focused projects from end to end.
  • Ensures initiatives progress successfully through all phases, from planning to production support.
  • Oversees project timelines, deliverables, risks, and cross‑functional alignment.

Business & Technical Alignment

  • Represents the business intent of each project to technical teams, stakeholders, and end‑users.
  • Ensures that new products, system enhancements, and operational changes meet business expectations and user needs.
  • Translates complex fraud‑related requirements into actionable technical specifications.

 

Operational Support

  • Provides ongoing production support for fraud systems and processes.
  • Troubleshoots issues, identifies root causes, and drives continuous improvement.
  • Ensures operational readiness for new or enhanced fraud solutions.

 

OTHER CRITERIA:

  • This job is a grade 30E.
  • Hours of Operation are subject to change: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
  • Position is located in Atlanta, Ga.
  • Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to self-relocate.
  • No Relocation assistance offered.
