Job Description

Your Role :

Acts as the primary interface between the customer stakeholders and the development team, handling the management of stories and backlog for a single product/module characterized by moderate complexity, delivered by multiple scrum teams.
• Coordinates with stakeholders across various functions within the same business unit, ensuring alignment of priorities and expectations to drive successful outcomes and meet customer needs effectively.
• Maintains focus on a single, complex system/module, directing the delivery of new features or enhancements within an existing framework, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Facilitates iteration planning at the team level, orchestrating efforts to prioritize tasks and allocate resources optimally, fostering collaboration and synergy among team members.
• Defines clear program increment objectives for the team, establishing measurable goals and milestones to guide development efforts, track progress, and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.
• Contributes to defining and reviewing the program vision, roadmap, and content presentations to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and market demands.
• Participates in critical sprint planning activities, including release planning, program backlog refinement, and iteration planning, to drive the achievement of program goals.
• Contributes efforts in defining iterations and user stories, managing dependencies, and maintaining a cohesive flow of work to support continuous value delivery.
• Cultivates effective relationships with internal/external partners and provides influence over projects and peer groups, demonstrating full understanding of area of specialization.
• Resolves a wide range of moderate complexity requests in creative ways, demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

• Understanding of healthcare medical device standards and regulations with software as a medical device focussed.

• Should have shipped solutions with end to end view from concept to release - and having a startup mindset.

Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.

Minimum required Certification:
SAFe Agile PO/PM

Preferred Experience:
8-10 years
