Your Opportunity

Scion is paving a path in student living and we’re seeking a Manager, Analytics to join us in executing our vision.  

 The Manager, Analytics will oversee the work of a team of analysts, ensuring that data-driven insights are effectively used to support business decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Your Responsibilities 

  • Manage a team of Business Intelligence Analysts.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of standard descriptive and diagnostic insights for various business domains.
  • Enable rapid and effective data driven decision-making through scenario modeling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and work closely with engineering teams to produce reliable data assets.
  • Support the company’s Data Management goals by interfacing with various departments to define and maintain data integrity.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of all analytics work.

What We Require

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Analytics, FP&A, Business Intelligence or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Expert in leveraging MS Excel, Proficient in MS PowerPoint. 

Operational Details

  • Job location is based at Scion’s Chicago corporate headquarters.
  • Working hours consist of standard daytime business hours.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000-$143,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
