Job Overview:

Oliver Wyman is growing their internal search capability and is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join the Experienced Hire team in Europe.

The Recruitment Coordinator will support our Experienced Hire Recruiters to ensure executive level administrative support to our Partner Hires, as well as Experienced Hires, and to help with internal projects and proactive headhunt searches to attract best talent to Oliver Wyman.

This is a part-time role for 3-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Administration:

  • Coordinating interviews across markets for candidates communicating with Partners, Managers, Executive Assistants and candidates as appropriate

  • Working closely with the Executive Assistants, who are responsible for scheduling Partner diaries, providing them with the necessary information so that they can coordinate the interviewing day

  • Assisting in the organisation of interviews packs (CV’s etc) for Oliver Wyman interviewers

  • Arranging for senior Recruiters to have screening calls with all relevant applications to determine initial suitability for the role (financial expectations, availability etc.), collecting Recruiter feedback and sending their recommendations to hiring managers

  • Sourcing & researching profiles that match the hiring needs

  • Maintaining/updating the recruiting system (Workday) as required to ensure accuracy of information for firm use

  • Posting roles on internal and external job boards and websites (including Colleague Connect, OW website, Workday, MMC website, LinkedIn and role/ country specific job boards)

  • Supporting the CV screening for candidate applications across practice and region, and distributing the relevant CVs to the Recruiters in the team

  • Occasionally coordinating travel and accommodation for candidates, including booking cars and rail tickets etc.

Team skills:

  • Team player who has experience of and has enjoyed working as part of a team

  • Covering other team duties when necessary, due to vacation, illness, work overload, etc.

  • Liaising closely with Executive Assistant team to ensure clarity and smooth interview process

Who we are looking for:

  • Initial experience in a similar recruitment coordination role would be an advantage, but is not a necessity

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role

  • Current student or BA/MA graduate

  • Strong MS Office skills are essential – Excel, Word and PowerPoint are required

  • Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is advantageous – Workday is preferred
