Responsibilities & Deliverables:
This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Ripple Treasury application (formerly GTreasury), including its integration with Finance systems and enterprise platforms.
The role will act as the primary owner for day‑to‑day application support, ensuring ticket management, issue resolution and system stability aligned with Finance and IT strategy.
The position will lead service delivery for the application, including setting up ServiceNow queues, managing incidents, and supporting operational readiness prior to go‑live.
The role will work closely with Treasury, Finance and IT stakeholders to define support processes, ownership model and operational framework for the application.
Acts as application owner, including vendor coordination, support model setup, governance and ongoing optimization of the Ripple Treasury platform.
Provides functional leadership, manages escalations and supports decision making across stakeholders for application support and enhancements.
Establish and manage the operational support model for Ripple Treasury, including ServiceNow queue setup, ticket routing and SLAs.
Act as the primary point of contact for application support, managing incidents, escalations and resolution of technical and functional issues.
Define and implement governance standards including access controls, data quality and compliance requirements.
Support ITGC controls, audit readiness activities and compliance requirements across the application.
Manage access controls, segregation of duties, and ensure remediation of audit findings.
Manage vendor relationships and coordinate upgrades, issue resolution and ongoing support activities.
Lead vendor escalations and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define support coverage model, including shift requirements and cross‑training strategy.
Support integration with enterprise systems and ensure solution integrity across Finance and IT platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot upstream and downstream integrations.
Ensure data integrity across systems and lead root cause analysis for integration failures.
Experience supporting treasury systems, ERP platforms or finance applications in an enterprise environment.
Strong understanding of finance processes and system integrations, particularly within Finance and Treasury domains.
Proven experience in managing application support, incident management and service delivery teams.
Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools for ticket and incident management.
Ability to translate business requirements into system support and operational processes.
