Position Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Redistribution Analyst to join our Global Procurement team in Richmond, VA. The Redistribution Analyst will be responsible for using inventory data and parameters to optimize full truckload deliveries from our internationally sourced regional warehouses to our MedSurg distributions center locations and maximizes trailer utilization and service. The Redistribution Analyst will use DSI (day's sales of inventory) targets and knowledge gained from their branches to execute a plan and obtain preset goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish inventory parameters for items being managed to assure service levels are maintained and inventory is balanced

  • Implement a network fulfillment strategy that balances purchasing constraints, inventory constraints, and customer order fulfillment

  • Creation and Maintenance of Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in multiple ERP/MRP systems for shipments from Cypress Regional Distribution centers to MMS Forward Distribution Centers

  • Regional Distribution Center shipment planning and scheduling

  • Manage administrative processes timely to assure they support the activities above

  • Plan, manage, and track projects to assure customer fill rates are maintained throughout an event or project

  • Responsible for managing, auditing, and training for an assigned process that spans numerous Analysts

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of relative inventory management, supply chain management, and/or forecasting experience

Critical Skills:

  • Demonstrated time management skills, organization, and prioritization skills desired

  • Experience in MS Office, Excel, Access, Outlook

  • Experience with any ERP/MRP systems

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset

  • Knowledge of inventory policies, and practices and systems

  • Attention to detail

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$26.82 - $44.70
