Role: Marketing Associate / Manager
Reports to: Head of Marketing (China - Team)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Project and Event Management
- Develop and execute event strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create detailed project/event proposals, briefs, plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including setup, registration, catering, AV equipment, and signage.
- Ensure a seamless and memorable attendee experience for all marketing events.
- Engage & maintain direct alignment with Sales and Partnership teams in terms of all pre/post-event communications, and marketing-driven campaigns, and promotion strategies
- Tracking and analyzing campaign results: Must track the results of campaigns and use data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of the campaign and identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to execution approach. Ensure that post-campaign and post-event reports are completed promptly and progress of leads to close/won is monitored, working closely with sales to drive conversion.
Website and Content Management
Manage localization and proofreading of creative approvals ensuring all assets across all channels meet the brand guidelines.
- Optimize and mange the creation of localized contents to ensure attraction of target audiences in marketing channels.
- Chinese version website establishes support and keeps the website up to date with global guidelines.
Team Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing collateral.
- Manage and direct external suppliers and agencies to deliver optimized results.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 1 - 3 years of experience in B2B marketing campaign plan and execution
- Good project management and execution skills
- Good understanding and proven ability to develop comprehensive marketing plan and deliver results
- Track record of leading successful marketing campaigns by using marketing systems which include SFDC, Hubspot, Monday and etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present ideas effectively.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing and/or business
- A start-up mindset
BONUS POINTS
- Demand generation experience in B2B marketing companies is a strong plus.
- 4A agency ( Communications, events or digital marketing ) experience.
- Familiar with marketing automation tools like Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of the mobile marketing and AdTech landscape.
