We are hiring full-time and PRN Registered Nurses for both day and night shift opportunities.

Shifts: 12 hours | Full-Time = 3x12s weekly + alternating weekends

🩺 About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at ClearSky, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a setting designed to promote optimal healing and recovery. You’ll care for patients requiring comprehensive rehabilitation after complex medical events—helping them prevent complications, restore function, and adapt to new challenges.

You will:

• Deliver skilled, evidence-based nursing care using the full nursing process
• Develop, update, and carry out individualized care plans
• Monitor, document, and report patient conditions
• Educate patients and families using clear, effective teaching methods
• Coordinate and delegate care to LPNs/LVNs and Nursing Aides/Techs
• Serve as Charge Nurse when assigned
• Respond swiftly to emergencies (Code Blue, Rapid Response)
• Promote safety, infection control, and compliance with TJC & CMS standards
• Collaborate closely with the full interdisciplinary team

This role is ideal for nurses who value autonomy, teamwork, and meaningful patient relationships.

✔️ What You’ll Need

• Current RN license (State of FL)
• Graduation from an accredited RN program
• BLS required; ACLS preferred (required for Charge Nurse roles)
• CRRN preferred
• 1+ year of experience preferred (acute care a plus)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and reaching
• Visual and auditory acuity for patient assessment
• Fine motor skills to operate equipment and documentation tools
• Occasional exposure to bodily fluids
