Your Mission-Critical Impact

Drive Complex Transactions

• Manage end-to-end sale campaigns for retail assets including data room preparation and stakeholder liaison

• Coordinate due diligence processes ensuring accurate information collection and presentation

• Meet critical transaction timelines through effective internal and external stakeholder management

Build Lasting Client Partnerships

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their specific needs and objectives

• Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports throughout transaction processes

• Respond promptly to client inquiries with professional expertise and market insight

Lead Market Intelligence

• Conduct in-depth market research analysing retail property trends locally and nationally

• Prepare comprehensive market reports and presentations for clients and internal teams

• Monitor economic indicators and their potential impact on the retail property sector

Create Compelling Investment Stories

• Assist in creating high-quality pitch materials and investment memorandums

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, investors, and stakeholders

• Contribute to marketing strategies for retail assets

What Makes You Our Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related discipline

• 5+ years of retail property investment, valuation, or capital markets experience

• Financial modelling skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant software

• Deep retail fundamentals knowledge: NOI optimisation, tenant mix strategies, cap rate dynamics
