Your Role

In your daily job you will:

  • Manage the whole manufacturing department, and insure timely fulfillment of customer’s requirement and product quality
  • Organize the on-job training of all manufacturing staff including supervisors, foremen, technicians, operators to improve their capability to meet the business requirement
  • Lead the production team to follow all related process procedures including machine maintenance, tool maintenance, process management and material management and feedback all improvement suggestions to relevant Engineers
  • Allow no unsafe act to continue at our operation and develop & reaffirm health/safety policies. Ensure all safety related procedures, policies etc. are implemented and Implement 5S in work area
  • Implement lean manufacturing system so as to keep manufacturing process competitive in same industry
  • Monitor all production measures such as productivities, uptimes and set-up times to insure hit the target always, Daily review the production plan with production schedule team and organize the team to finish the production order in a time manner
  • Commitment KPI from plant manager

 

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

  • Bachelor degree and above
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills to insure timely collection and analysis of manufacturing data.
  • Good training skills to conduct training programs
  • Excellent supervisory skill of hourly staff
  • 3 to 5 years of manufacturing Manager or related work experience, Connector industry manufacturing experience in either one of processes including stamping, molding and assembly is preferred
  • Basic knowledge in IATF16949.
