About the team:
Revenue Connect is FIS’s next‑gen cloud platform reinventing commercial pricing and billing for banks of all sizes. We're building from the ground up using AWS, modern UI/UX patterns, and event‑driven, API‑first services to eliminate decades of technical debt and deliver the speed, accuracy, and transparency banks expect.
As a hands-on Principal Engineer, you’ll be a technical leader at the center of this transformation — shaping architecture, accelerating delivery, defining engineering excellence, and driving innovations that directly impact revenue, client experience, and operational resilience. You’ll work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with design, product, and engineering leadership to solve complex problems, deliver performant multi‑tenant services, expand into new deposit core integrations, and influence the roadmap of a flagship product on the bleeding edge of innovation. In 2026 we’re making AI a first‑class product capability and a force‑multiplier for engineering: you’ll lead the design and delivery of AI features (from embedding generative AI into statements or dashboards, intelligent anomaly and exception detection for billing accuracy, AI driven pricing and fee optimization advisor, conversational AI etc. possibilities are endless and so are our ambitions to differentiate this product in the market).
