The Executive Administrative Assistant will partner with and support executive leaders in the Central Engineering Group (CEG) located in Austin, Texas. This role will be to provide high-level executive support and requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Calendar Management: Organize and manage complex scheduling, optimizing the executives' time and planning meetings effectively.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and prepare detailed expense reports.
- Event Coordination: Play a critical role in organizing and sometimes leading departmental and quarterly events, as well as recognition programs.
- Communication: Exercise diplomacy, tact, and sound judgment when interacting with employees at all levels, administrative staff, and external partners.
- Office Management: Understand office management procedures and departmental/legal policies, working closely with senior and executive administrative staff as a productive team member.
- Confidentiality: Maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and tasks.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma with 9+ years of equivalent experience working as a Senior Administrative Assistant.
- 5+ years of experience in organization/project management skills.
- 5+ years of experience in standard business software such as MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $87,600.00-123,670.00 USD (Hourly Role)
