The National Rental Fleet Manager will report to the General Manager Lifecycle Services and is responsible for the profitability and life cycle management of the Xylem Rental Fleet. The successful candidate will expand the Xylem rental product portfolio in compliance with the Australian National code of conduct.

The Role:

  • Accountable for the profitability, cost management, utilisation, integrity of rental fleet assets
  • Development, implement and support strategies for rental across Australia.
  • Conduct analysis of the fleet operations and implement strategies to improve the performance of the business. 
  • Provide post award support, coordinating fleet requirements, including mobilisation, commissioning, and de-mobilisation.
  • Work with the sales teams to know the customer’s current and future expectations to ensure that the rental fleet can adequately meet the customer’s needs.
  • Budget preparation as necessary

About You:

  • Prior experience in the rental business model and life cycle
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Water related industry knowledge desirable.
  • Demonstrate an understanding and insight into competitor products, markets, and strategies, including understanding how competitors are adapting and evolving, and using insight to gain an advantage.
