• Position: Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician -
• Hours: Part-time
• Location: Swedish Hospital, Chicago

What you will need:

• License: Medical license in the state of IL or pending

• Education: PM&R residency, fellowship a plus

• Certification: Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

• Skills: Perform spinal interventional procedures

What you will do:

• Work with musculoskeletal, sports and spine patients
• Perform spinal interventional procedures
• Serve patients in the Cook County and Lake County markets
• Physician will have at least 30 hours per week of direct patient contact
• Anticipate a volume of 20 outpatients per day once practice has been established
• Physician will be expected to work extended hours
• Flexibility to determine own extended hours (early morning, evenings or weekends)
• Physician will likely participate in medical school student, resident and fellowship teaching
