Role purpose

The key purpose of the Regional Mall Leasing Manager is to maximize revenue, presentation and experiences within short term leasing opportunities for a regional portfolio. The Mall Leasing Manager will provide leadership to the Mall Leasing team and ensure it achieves and exceeds the annual mall leasing budgets through maximising the current retailer experience and business whilst sourcing new opportunities to drive growth.

What will you bring?       

                                                                                            

You will be an experienced Sales Manager with ideally a background in casual mall or pop up leasing within a retail environment. You will be an exceptional communicator with demonstrated experience managing and influencing key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.  Known for your coaching and mentoring leadership style you will be an experienced people manager with a track record of driving high performance in your team. You will be highly motivated and passionate with a key focus on current market trends, customer needs and attitudes in order to identify new business opportunities.  Renowned for your ability to effectively manage conflict you have excellent collaboration skills and a balanced decision making approach. You will hold a current Sub Agents License.
