Project Role Description : Use a human-centered design approach to identify user, data, business, and contextual requirements; identify opportunities for UI/UX transformation; envision new data, analytics, and AI-powered VIS/BI interactions and experiences; rapidly design and create interactive, data-driven, industry-and function-centered low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.

Summary:
As a Data and Insights Interaction Designer, your day revolves around applying a human-centered design philosophy to deeply understand the needs of users, data, business objectives, and contextual factors. You explore opportunities to transform user interfaces and experiences by integrating data, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities. Your work involves quickly crafting interactive, data-driven wireframes and prototypes that cater to specific industries and functions, balancing both low- and high-fidelity designs. Collaboration and creativity are central as you envision innovative visual and business intelligence interactions that enhance user engagement and decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and align design goals with business needs.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Interaction Design.
- Strong expertise in creating user-centered design solutions that integrate data visualization and analytics.
- Experience in developing wireframes and prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
- Ability to translate complex data and business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Familiarity with human-computer interaction principles and usability testing methodologies.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Interaction Design.
- This position is based at our CODC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
