We are looking for a Engagement & Learning intern to create new engagement initiatives to improve staff welfare and make GXS a great place to work (eg. staff gatherings, volunteer opportunities); including the following:

• Support the ideation and launch of new bank-wide culture and recognition initiatives, including toolkits for change management, developing content and designs for various formats (eg. office decor, staff swag)
• Support learning operations of bank-wide learning initiatives
• Employer Branding Develop content and publicity collaterals to grow our GXS employer brand via various channels (eg. GXS Career Page, social media, career sites, networks, professional sites)
• Participate and support in career recruitment events (eg. government agency career events, virtual career fairs, campus activities) Participate in designing the book of work for campus
