• Develop and implement business solutions by leveraging industry, function, and business expertise.
• Deliver functional and application designs that align with business needs.
• Ensure that solutions accurately represent both current and future business requirements.

• Analyze and document business processes to support solution development.
   

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Minimum of 3-7 years of working experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
