AgeCare is looking for a Regional Director (RD) to oversee all Clinical, Support Services, and Facility Services across our Continuing Care communities in Victoria, British Columba. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving excellence in care and service delivery.
What You Will Do
Champion Our Vision: Lead with purpose by effectively promoting AgeCare’s Mission, Vision, and Guiding Principles to inspire and motivate care teams and partners.
Lead with Impact: Guide diverse teams across multiple sites, resolving conflicts with empathy and ensuring a harmonious work environment where every voice is heard.
Collaborate & Support: Step in as a strong leader in the absence of department managers, offering direction and support across all aspects of community operations.
Uphold Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional professionalism, integrity, and ethics in all actions, setting the standard for care and service delivery.
Shape the Future: Play a key role in recruiting, selecting, and mentoring inspiring care leaders who share your dedication to quality service.
What You Bring
Master of Health or Business Administration or another related field required.
5 - 10 years of leadership experience in a health care environment and in a leadership management capacity directly supervising and/or managing employees.
5+ years of operational management experience including direct accountability for budgets and multiple facilities.
Experience with workforce management, especially with unionized workforce is an asset.
Experience working in continuing care is an asset
