About the Role:
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible managing the activities of production team(s) to ensure that operations run according to established production specifications and schedules; utilization, volume, cost, and wastage targets, and quality standards. You will also monitor the volume and quality of output and adjust tasks, timing, equipment set-up, or inputs so that production specifications are met and resources are used efficiently and provide operational input for planning, sourcing, directing and monitoring workflow including supplies.

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with support staff to plan work, set targets and ensure the finished product meets quality standards.

• Assist management in recruitment and training of entry level employees.

• Responsible for the day to day floor supervision to include: time and attendance, safety and any required production reporting.

• Analyze, investigate and report issues with operating procedures utilizing root cause analysis, corrective actions, and various productions tools.

• Escalation of equipment issues and coordination with the production maintenance staff.

What you will need:

• Relevant Experience or Degree in: related field of study from an accredited university is preferred.

• Relevant experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.

• Typically a minimum of 4 years related professional experience
