The Opportunity:

Location: Remote (U.S.‑based)
Travel: 50% nationwide

The Assistant Vice President, Partnership Success serves as the leader responsible for the overall health, performance, and long‑term success of assigned client partnerships. This role acts as the primary Executive Sponsor for clients, ensuring alignment between client objectives and organizational delivery while driving measurable financial, operational, and relationship outcomes.

The AVP partners closely with internal delivery, operations, and executive leaders while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with client executives. Significant nationwide travel is expected, particularly during new client integrations, performance resets, or escalations.

Client Partnership & Executive Leadership

  • Serve as the executive for assigned clients, building trusted relationships with C‑suite and senior client leaders
  • Own overall client satisfaction, retention, and long‑term partnership success
  • Lead executive‑level communications, business reviews, and ongoing strategic alignment conversations

Performance & Results Accountability

  • Drive achievement of contractual, operational, and financial performance metrics across revenue cycle domains
  • Analyze trends, KPIs, and root‑cause issues; partner with internal leaders to develop and execute corrective action plans
  • Ensure visibility, transparency, and accountability around performance outcomes

Operational Oversight & Collaboration

  • Collaborate across front‑end, mid‑cycle, and back‑end operational leaders to ensure cohesive delivery
  • Lead through influence rather than direct authority, coordinating cross‑functional teams to drive results
  • Provide oversight during client onboarding, go‑lives, and major transformational initiatives

Travel & On‑Site Engagement

  • Travel approximately 50% nationwide to client sites
  • Represent the organization professionally and confidently in executive and operational forums

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Coach, mentor, and support Partnership Success leaders and client‑aligned operational executives as appropriate
  • Reinforce partnership best practices, leadership behaviors, and a strong client‑first mindset

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle, healthcare operations, or complex outsourced services
  • Proven success in senior‑level, client‑facing roles with significant relationship management responsibility
  • Strong executive presence with confidence engaging C‑suite and senior leadership audiences
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% nationwide

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting large, multi‑site health systems or academic medical centers
  • Background in revenue cycle outsourcing, healthcare consulting, or managed services environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort presenting financial and operational data to executives
