Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development

  • Support the development and execution of supply chain strategy initiatives and advisory engagements.
  • Contribute to high-level client blueprints, strategy frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and analytical approaches to inform strategic recommendations.

Analysis and Design Support

  • Perform analysis across business processes, operating models, and technology landscapes to support strategic decision-making.
  • Participate in high-level design phases, including business process definition and key design decisions.
  • Support solution design by translating strategy into practical, scalable approaches.

Client Deliverables and Communication

  • Develop client-ready deliverables, including presentations, insights, and recommendations grounded in data.
  • Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and executive briefings.
  • Assist in translating complex analyses and solution capabilities into clear business value for client stakeholders.

Solution Demonstration and Enablement

  • Design and deliver strategy-aligned solution demonstrations that support advisory engagements.
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery teams to tailor demo scenarios, data, and environments to client needs.
  • Support or lead client-facing and executive demos, incorporating feedback to refine strategy and solution design.

Engagement and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, industry, and architecture to ensure alignment.
  • Support engagement planning, workstream coordination, and internal reviews to maintain deliverable quality.
  • Contribute to internal thought leadership, market research, and development of reusable assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in supply chain, consulting, strategic planning, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including development of executive-ready content.
  • Ability to work independently on defined workstreams while collaborating within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting strategy, transformation, or advisory engagements in a client-facing environment.
  • Exposure to multiple industry verticals.
  • Foundational process modeling and business analysis skills.
  • Comfort contributing to solution design discussions and constructively challenging assumptions.
