Join us as our new Account Manager, Household care - Middle East

In this role you’ll make an impact by

Being part of the Account management team, joining our Household Care division covering Middle east.

  • Are you driven by a passion for sales, building strong relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and helping customers grow their brands? If so, you might be our next team member in Household Care!
  • As a key player on our sales team, you'll take the lead in managing a diverse portfolio of enzyme and microbial products.
  • You'll leverage your knack for achieving results and identifying commercial opportunities, backed by a solid understanding of the household care industry, including consumer laundry and dish detergents.
  • A proactive self-starter, you'll value networking and enjoy collaborating with regional and global colleagues to explore innovative paths for business growth

 
To Succeed You Must Hold

  • Preferably completed undergraduate education in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
  • At least 3 years of have experience in the Household Care industry and a proven passion for selling and promoting technical products.
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and promotion of technical products.
  • Skilled in translating complex technical data into customer-centric value propositions.
  • Enjoy working within teams, capable of navigating both internal networks of colleagues and external networks of partners and customers.
  • Quick to learn, goal-oriented, and commercially focused with a growth mindset.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to foster mutually beneficial relationships and maintain excellent customer rapport.
  • Fluent in English, with a strong drive and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Organized and possess a ‘can-do’ mindset with strong teamwork skills to collaborate with global colleagues.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently within the Middle East region.
  • Capable of leading inspiring and persuasive dialogues with customers.
