We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our team who is detail-oriented, experienced in legal research, and proficient in preparing various legal documents.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Conduct detailed legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to support case preparation.
  • Prepare various legal documents such as contracts, affidavits, and depositions.
  • Assist lawyers during the preparation phase of trials, hearings, and corporate meetings.
  • Review and give legal approval for marketing materials and packages to ensure they comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring all case information is filed correctly and promptly.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and managing correspondence.
  • Aid in gathering evidence for case preparation.
  • Monitor compliance with laws, update the legal team on changes in regulations that impact the company's sector.
  • Draft and review legal documents including agreements, contracts, and legal memos.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or Paralegal Studies or related field.
  • 4+ years of working in a legal department of a regional or international corporation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and legal research.
  • Experience in reviewing and approving marketing materials from a legal perspective.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in administrative software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A deep understanding of confidentiality requirements in legal settings.
  • Experience in corporate law and legal case management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay Range:

$96,700 - $109,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
