Job Purpose:
Our IT Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. They will also analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.Job Responsibilities:
● Execute testing based on written test cases and report results as appropriate for the assignment to Developer, Business Analyst or Project Manager.Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● Lead the development and execution of the packaging design organization’s technology strategy to optimize global packaging design practices and systems. Research and assess new technology advancements to support packaging design team’s growth and innovation goal.
● Identify and analyze current business gaps and challenges impacting packaging design operations and/or customer experience.
● Partner with IT to align business goals to the greater organization, while strengthening global packaging design systems infrastructure.
● Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build, deploy, and maintain machine learning and AI solutions to automate complex packaging design processes, streamline operations, gain business insights, and innovate across services.
● Maintain packaging design systems, including administration, testing, configuration, and vendor relationships.
● Document new packaging design standard operating procedures, develop training materials and training plans, and proactively lead change management activities.
● Monitor and communicate project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.
● Assist in the preparation of project documentation, status reports, and presentations to communicate updates, findings, recommendations, and outcomes to stakeholders and management.
● Packaging Design related experience preferred
● Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
● Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, SQL, Java, etc.
● Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics.
● Knowledge of MLOps tools (i.e. Azure) and practices for model deployment and monitoring.
Work Experience:
● 3-5 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Ability to work quickly and efficiently.● Basic experience of simple office/operational systems.● Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.● Experience designing data models and visuals using Power BI and Tableau.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Education:
