A Day in the Life

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Leader to drive commercial success across its advanced SH&CRDN portfolio in the Central & Eastern Anatolia, Turkiye. Based in Ankara, this full-time leadership role carries regional responsibility for the Interventional business, including Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart, Coronary Solutions and Hypertension Therapies (RDN). The role focuses on accelerating growth in transformative cardiovascular technologies such as Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) for severe aortic stenosis, Coronary and Renal Denervation (RDN) systems for resistant hypertension. The successful candidate will lead and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, setting strategic direction while maintaining a strong presence in the field.

Key responsibilities include driving sales performance, shaping commercial strategy, coaching and inspiring top talent, and building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals, hospital stakeholders, and internal clinical and marketing teams. Regular domestic travel is required to support customer engagement, account development, and in-field team coaching. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead within a fast-growing, highly specialized cardiovascular market while contributing directly to life-saving and life-enhancing therapies that improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead, coach, and develop sales representatives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets and business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share in Interventional therapies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including cardiologists, hospital management, and procurement teams
  • Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends and competitive activity, and implement programs to support sustainable growth
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Clinical, Marketing, and Service to ensure high-quality customer support and successful therapy adoption
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and drive a high-performance, accountable team culture.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in interventional cardiology, structural heart, or vascular environments
  • Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, including experience managing key hospital accounts
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with clinical and executive stakeholders
  • Fluent Turkish and English language skills.
