Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Experience, education, or training in coding computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, computer engineering, or management information systems with experience in programming. Experience or training in designing web and desktop applications using C#.NET or VB.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, Microsoft SQL Server software development, database reporting, and object-oriented programming. Knowledge in SQL stored procedures and SQL Server Reporting Services. Skills in communication, practicing active listening, creating documentation and the ability to problem solve.

Knowledge of: the principles and procedures of research design and analysis; descriptive and inductive statistical methods; resource material concerning statistical and research data collection and analysis methods; agency policies and procedures pertinent to the collection and analysis of data; legislation, policies, and standards governing the mission and/or programs of the agency; available literature and other resource material pertinent to the programs and activities of the agency; the demographic characteristics, such as economic, social industrial, or occupational, of problems of those served by the agency.
Ability to: communicate effectively to exchange factual information and research findings and conclusions; apply instructions pertinent to collection, analysis, interpretation and reporting of research data; identify trends and critical elements in program and demographic data; analyze and interpret numerical data, charts, and tables; formulate conclusions based on data analysis; summarized data into charts, graphs, tables, and narrative reports; calculate solutions to mathematical problems involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, powers and algebra; operate calculators and computers.
