Job Description : 

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

This position is for regulatory readiness to support new business and systems. This candidate will rotate to hospitals, primarily will be based at WX Annex. The candidate can also be responsible responsible for supporting the Regulatory Division's need around technology maintenance and administration, quality data analysis and triage, regulatory survey/tracer coordination and related data management. Coordination of QSV division communication to State and Regulatory agencies. Coordination of clinical registry data and reporting.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for QSV Technology Platform maintenance and administration. (15%)
  • Responsible for coordinating Network quality, regulatory, patient safety, infection prevention and risk communication to State and Regulatory agencies. QSV data coordination and triage. Assimilating work done at the hospital level, trending and analyzing data and making recommendations for further focus and actions.(15%)
  • Responsible for regulatory surveys and tracer coordination as assigned, data management and plan implementation. (15%)
  • Coordination and support clinical registry data, reporting and standardization processes. (10%)
  • Coordinating work across the network and helping in efforts to standardize processes and increase efficiency, etc.(15%)
  • Support the preparation of data, materials and presentations for various QSV committees. (15%)
  • Regulatory data coordination and triage activities. (15%)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare related field required OR 4 years of progressive and relevant experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in coordinating cross-functional activities/projects. Experience working with various software platforms/databases. Experience in analyzing data for trending purposes.

Preferred

  • Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred

Pay Range Minimum:

$25.10

Pay Range Maximum:

$38.91

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.  The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
