MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Manage & develop all the process and system of sales force analyst in the company, ensuring the development, implementation and improvements of operational processes to increase our business effectiveness, efficient and develop monitoring sales force automations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reported, help and support data analysis for Commercial Excellence Director for SFA in the company, included but not only for all data, analyst, reporting, automation process, etc.
• Advance understanding and responsible for system monitoring, analysis all data in the company, manage, develop & training for Sales Force Automations report, and Sales Data Management
• Proactively monitoring of overall KPI performance including KPI design, contest/award program design & reporting and train it to the sales team
• Manage & help to implementation of all regional projects (example: WA program, develop Power BI, other dashboard automation, etc.)
• Responsible for planning, developing and delivering programs from local team, such as payment gateway, promotions, etc.
• Activities include analyzing all operational processes and developing programs to address them, evaluating third party providers, developing tools/ materials, and managing the effective deployment of resources.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bchelor’s degree or master’s, Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other
• Have experienced in SFA Manager / SFE Manager level in pharma or FMCG for min 10 years
• Have a great experienced in system utilizations (SFA / others)
• Have a great excel (in advance level)
