What You Will Do

As a Strategic Account Manager for the North American region, your responsibility is to maintain and grow relationships with our key clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, comprehending their business needs and providing strategic solutions to help them achieve their objectives. This position demands exceptional listening, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of the industry and our clients’ businesses.

  • Working with our distribution channel partners, you will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key clients.

  • Comprehend clients’ business objectives, challenges, and market trends to provide strategic counsel and solutions that align with their goals.

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and uncover opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, and ensure smooth project implementation and successful delivery of services.

  • Collaborate with our distribution channels to ensure they are providing exemplary customer service whether sales, training or support.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working in close collaboration with the Sales team to develop account expansion strategies.

  • Remain current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and market conditions to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for our clients.

  • Travel up to 50%

  • Successful track record in account management, with a focus on strategic relationship building and revenue growth.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of the industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in account management.

Compensation

Annual earnings for this role will be a mix of base salary + commission driven by goals and sales at 70/30 split.
