What You Will Do
• Manage and oversee operations cells to meet required metrics and targets
• Supervise Assistant Foremen, Engineers, Technicians & Inspectors; build a multi-skilled workforce
• Drive quality and on-time delivery; lead root cause analysis for performance gaps
• Plan production schedules, overtime, and optimize manpower/resource allocation
• Control production activities, material flow, and inventory to meet cost, quality & delivery goals
• Conduct regular performance reviews to maintain high operational efficiency
• Support Department Manager on cost management and cost reduction initiatives
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, HR, Customer Service & Materials to achieve objectives
• Ensure compliance with CORE values, EH&S, and Ethics standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Department Manager

Qualifications You Must Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent discipline
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production/operations/manufacturing with supervisory exposure
• Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate teams to achieve business outcomes
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities
• Effective communication across all organizational levels
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and prioritization skills
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing or repair with a continuous improvement mindset

Qualifications We Prefer
• Experience in Aerospace Engine Centre environment
• Knowledge of aircraft engine workshop practices
• Experience in maintenance & repair of gas turbine engines
