Responsibilities:

Assist in all parts of tax preparation and filing season, including:

• Gathering and organizing information for tax return preparation.
• Preparing work papers, supporting schedules, and tax returns.
• Maintaining online portals for client document sharing.
• E-filing tax return extensions and tax returns.
• Consult with clients and respond to questions and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• All other administrative and accounting duties.

Qualifications:

• 20-24 hours per week availability from January through April.
• Completed intermediate accounting coursework.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
