Within RBS, the Home Buying domain is responsible for delivering commercially sustainable home lending outcomes while maintaining high standards of customer experience, product integrity and regulatory compliance.
The Product Stream Lead, Growth plays a key role in supporting Home Buying’s growth agenda by leading the Activate and Nurture squad and the broader Growth value stream, focused on engaging customers earlier and more efficiently in their home buying journey.
Within Home Buying, the Growth value stream brings together product, data, digital, marketing, frontline and technology partners to drive sustainable home loan growth. With a customer-obsessed and growth-focused mindset, you will lead your team with curiosity, pace and clarity to continuously improve how we identify customer needs, activate opportunities and nurture customers toward better home buying outcomes. You will be comfortable working with ambiguity, using data and insight to make informed decisions, creating alignment across diverse stakeholders and adapting quickly as customer, market and business priorities evolve.
