What you will do:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth of our Digital/Building Management Services business in BeNeLux. Your mission is to expand our service footprint by selling new subscription-based contracts across multiple vertical markets.
You will identify and qualify new opportunities – from fresh installations, untapped existing sites, or targeted new accounts – and build strong customer relationships. Through a consultative approach, you will uncover needs such as energy efficiency, occupant experience, regulatory compliance, and sustainability goals, then design compelling value propositions powered by OpenBlue, our digital SaaS platform. From proposal to contract negotiation, you own the sales cycle and secure long-term partnerships.
