We are now looking for a new Sales Support Specialist

In this role you get to support our sales professionals in their customer work, sales process, and general support tasks related to sales. As a sales support specialist you are the one behind the curtains to provide support in creating offers, building customer support materials, and help with reporting, documentation, and Sales Force maintenance together with our Customer Success Managers.

To build foundation to your own growth as a future sales professional, you will have the opportunity to take on minor customer accounts to handle independently. As a person you are a customer oriented and trustworthy team player with excellent change capabilities.

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

• Suitable education and previous experience in similar roles
• You are familiar and fluent with all the Office 365 tools
• Previous experience with Posti’s sales systems: Sales Force, Power BI, Qlikview, Console 
• Good knowledge of Posti’s products, specifically PS products
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, especially when assisting the team with various sales support tasks, such as reporting
• Strong written and spoken skills in both Finnish and English
