Job Title : Protégé Program - Marketing Operations (12 months program)
Locations : Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur- Bangsar South
Role Description & Responsibilities
- The purpose of Protégé Program is to support the Marketing team by providing administrative and operational duties to the manager and department.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Prepare marketing material and uploading material on Pfizer system
- Perform operation and administrative task with high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform documentation submission in Pfizer systems on timely basis.
- Pro-active communication with stakeholder to ensure document submission & completion
- Pro-actively engage with cross functional team to ensure approval process is on time.
- Executing and facilitate administration duties such as record keeping, coordination of meeting and coordinating email and working on special projects.
- Assist in commercial operation and getting material approval on timely basis
- Stakeholder alignment on project operation and documentation
- Assist with documenting new feature and functions relating to systems enhancement or modification
- Facilitate and follow up call with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist Line Manager in ad hoc projects and implementation.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Preferably specialized in Healthcare- Pharmacy and Marketing
- Ability to work independently, result-oriented, diligent, and self-motivated
- A team player with good spoken & written skills in English
