Job Description:

The Partner Sales Enablement Specialist is responsible for empowering strategic partners with the knowledge, tools, resources, and programs required to effectively position, sell, and deliver the company's solutions. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and partner organizations, ensuring partners are equipped to drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve mutual business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Enablement & Training

  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new partners.
  • Create and facilitate partner training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Ensure partners understand product offerings, value propositions, sales methodologies, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain certification and readiness programs for partner communities.

Partner Relationship Support

  • Collaborate closely with partner managers and sales teams to identify partner development needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners by providing guidance, best practices, and enablement resources.
  • Support partners throughout the sales lifecycle to improve engagement and performance.

Content & Resource Development

  • Create and maintain partner-facing enablement materials, including sales presentations, playbooks, battle cards, competitive positioning guides, and solution briefs.
  • Ensure all partner content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with current business priorities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to develop impactful partner communications and campaigns.

Program Management

  • Support the execution of partner enablement initiatives and strategic programs.
  • Track partner participation, training completion, certifications, and readiness metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve partner engagement, adoption, and productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations teams to align enablement strategies.
  • Support new product launches and market initiatives through partner-focused training and communications.
  • Gather partner feedback and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Partner Enablement, Channel Sales, Sales Enablement, Partner Management, or a related role.
  • Strong presentation, training, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Proficiency with CRM and partner management platforms.

Preferred

  • Experience working within technology, software, or services organizations.
  • Familiarity with channel sales models and partner ecosystems.
  • Experience developing learning content and enablement programs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Partner, cloud, or managed services environments.
