ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant (GenAI)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and extend ServiceNow applications and components including Virtual Agent, Flow Designer, Now Assist and custom scoped applications.
• Create and maintain APIs, microservices, and UI elements to support seamless GenAI integrations across processes.
• Lead custom integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub spokes.
• Design automated workflows, business rules, data models, and interfaces within ServiceNow to support scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• Proficiency with JavaScript (Glide scripting), REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, and ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/CSM).
• Experience building cloud-native applications and integrating AI/ML services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Hands-on with GenAI tools/frameworks

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, AI/ML specialization
• Exposure to Agile / SAFe delivery models
• Experience in large enterprise or multi-instance environments
