What would you do? • Lead efforts to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. • Collaborate with various teams to ensure application solutions meet business needs. • Oversee the application development process. • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. • Engage in discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives. • Troubleshoot issues arising during development and implement solutions to enhance application performance and user experience. • Collaborate and manage the team to perform and make team decisions. • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. • Provide solutions to problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams. • Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
What are we looking for? • Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Tech Solution Architecture. • Proficiency in Tech Solution Architecture. • Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. • Experience with cloud-based solutions and architecture. • Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. • Familiarity with various programming languages and frameworks. • At least 15 years of full-time education.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). • Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. • Be responsible for team decisions. • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. • Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. • Facilitate knowledge sharing to improve team skills. • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Core Technical Skills (Supporting Responsibilities): • Software Architecture and System Design: microservices and modular architecture; event-driven and message-passing systems; scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance design. • AI and LLM Foundations: understanding large language models and multimodal models; prompt engineering; fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation. • Agentic Orchestration: frameworks like LangChain, Crew AI, Semantic Kernel, Langgraph; multi-agent coordination strategies; workflow orchestration. • Tool Integration: API design and integration for agent tooling; connecting agents with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems; knowledge of vector databases. • Infrastructure and MLOps: deployment and scaling on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes); serverless and edge AI architectures. • Monitoring and Observability: logging, tracing, monitoring agent behavior; feedback loops for continuous improvement; guardrails, evaluation frameworks, human-in-the-loop systems. • Security and Governance: AI safety and risk management; guardrails against hallucinations, prompt injection, data leakage; access control and role-based permissions; compliance with GDPR, SOC2, AI Act.
