• <point>Monitor and analyze performance metrics (e.g., supply health, engagement, activation) to find bottlenecks and propose improvements.</point>
• <point>Contribute to local growth initiatives that boost driver supply, reliability, and satisfaction.</point>
• <point>Collaborate with Central Operations, Product, Commerce, and Customer Support to improve tools, processes, and communication.</point>
• <point>Test and optimize new processes, helping us find smarter, faster ways to operate.</point>
• <point>Investigate and solve driver issues across email, chat, and in-person interactions, ensuring empathy and speed in every response.</point>

• <point>You communicate clearly (Dutch and English) and enjoy working with people.</point>
• <point>You’re available 4–5 days per week for at least 5–6 months in Amsterdam.</point>
