SUMMARY

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality implementation consulting services to our clients, helping them maximize the value of our software solutions and achieve their business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and provide expert guidance and recommendations throughout the engagement lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and deliver professional services engagements, including solution design, business analysis, configuration, customization, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, requirements, and objectives, and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project requirements, set priorities, and manage project scope.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and technical reports.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on our software solutions and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services, collaborating with sales and account management teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service delivery methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the software industry, continuously improving our service offerings and capabilities.
  • Any other duties in line with the role of Professional Services Consultant
  • Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience in one or more of the following roles: Process Engineer, Quality Engineer, Technical Writer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions, implementation principles, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client relationship management skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry or with subscription-based products.
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, or comparable electronic record requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with manufacturing documentation, production records, and/or batch record management, and harmonization.
  • Strong understanding of GMP environments and regulatory requirements for manufacturing.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, etc.).
  • Prior consulting or customer-facing implementation experience.
  • Experience with CRM and project management software (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet).
  • Relevant industry certifications or professional designations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Primarily sedentary work with frequent use of computer, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Occasional lifting or moving of computer equipment or other objects up to 25 pounds (11.3 kg) may be required.
  • Standard office environment with potential for remote work and travel to client sites.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for business.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $110,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
