Meet the team:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Dexcom, you are responsible for processing Dexcom product orders from patients, healthcare professionals, and the sales team. You serve as the Dexcom interface between customers and the sales team, communicating responsibly with all parties involved to ensure the best possible perception of the company by the customer. Within the small team, you are also responsible for tasks that may arise in day-to-day business operations.

We are looking for a flexible, responsible, and highly motivated individual who is ready to take on challenges and grow with the company. You advise with passion, conviction, and expertise, thereby ensuring an excellent image and turning our customers into fans – your contribution is a key element to the success of our growing company!

Where you come in:  

  • Proactive outbound calls to new patients and regular follow-ups with trial customers as potential leads
  • Meeting conversion targets for individuals who have signed up for a trial program
  • Excellent written and phone-based customer support for patients and healthcare professionals in French and English
  • Hotline support and outbound campaigns: You always have an open ear for our customers’ concerns and support them with your expertise and problem-solving skills
  • Team support during the absence of other inside sales colleagues, ensuring continuity in the sales pipeline and cycle times.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,813.33 to €2,240.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
