CACI International is continuing its partnership with the Joint Deployable Intelligence Support Systems (JDISS) Joint Program Office (JPO) that will enhance the global enterprise and its mission in supporting the Warfighter! 

The JDISS JPO directly supports Intelligence Mission Applications in response to Commander Joint Chiefs of Staff requirements and is the program of record for SCI-level Global Command and Control System (SCI GCCS).

You will provide logistics support which will assist and manage software products, service and equipment accountability.  Organize and provide logistic support at worldwide conferences and other trade shows and events.  Initiate contact with vendors for quotes for purchase of software and hardware products.  Conduct shipping and receiving activities related to the program.  Follow DoD guidelines for destruction of computer assets. Provide logistical support based on the program’s needs.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Accountable for the corporate government property manual that governs property located at all CACI sites and manages CACI’s response to all DCMA property audits.
  • Responsible for control of government and contractor acquired property, to include the collection and tracking of operational data to maintain inventory records and oversee the transfer or disposition of such in accordance with government regulations.
  • Responsible for adjusting or recommended enhancements in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of job area.
  • Process contract Purchase Requests to include requesting quotes from vendors and coordinating with corporate procurement.
  • Maintain purchase order archives controlling and tracking government furnished equipment purchases.
  • Responsible for proper issue, storage, warehousing, material handling techniques
  • Provide secure storage and handling of classified and sensitive items.
  • Process and provide tracking information, contract purchase orders and travel request.
  • Dispose of excess end-of-life assets with Department of Labor (Electronic Turn-in-Document).
  • Coordinate logistical planning stages for contract freight for Worldwide Trade shows/events, including shipping & handling, booth registration and associated setup requirements.
  • Identify and report frequent issues creating inventory discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
  • Validate Quarterly Property Reconciliation task (decrease/increase asset control).
  • Performs clerical and manual tasks to maintain an inventory of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
  • Receive, barcode, inventory and disposition assigned equipment.
  • Move equipment between facilities via pallet jack or pushcart.
  • Perform the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance.
  • Able to account for annual inventory of thousands of accountable items, working with security and government logistics managers for disposition.
  • Provide logistics support services for the program to include records management, procurements, inventory control management, and shipping/receiving of hardware, software, and materials required for successful accomplishment of the mission.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of government owned software and hardware, provide services for its storage, handling, servicing, and movement.
  • Execute transfers and shipments of government property to CONUS / OCONUS sites.
  • Utilize DPAS and have receipts to track equipment movements and custody.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
 

Active TS/SCI clearance

  • BS in IT or IT management and 4 years’ direct experience in logistics support of DoD/IC systems or 7 years’ same experience.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and load equipment/material weighing up to 50 pounds, onto shelves, pallets, and box trucks for transport.
  • 4+ years of related inventory management experience
  • Proficient in creating, modifying, and organizing spreadsheets with large line items.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills

 These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:  

  • CompTIA certification for DoD 8140
  • Familiarity with computers, and Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Power Point, Excel and Access)
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other, both in person and over the phone

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$54,200 - $111,000
