What you will do:

• Manage collections process on assigned portfolio of customers

• Resolve customers disputes pertaining to Collections

• Answer customers incoming queries

• Make recommendations regarding the treatment of uncollectible debt

• Build long term business relationship with customers

• Plan and prioritize own work to ensure the deadlines and customers experience are met
