Position Overview
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative I. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, helping identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. As an essential member of our team, you will contribute to building business relationships, expanding market opportunities, and growing our customer base. Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Execute outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to create leads and schedule appointments.

Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound leads, qualifying them by understanding customer needs and gathering relevant information about their decision-making process.

Market Exploration: Research and analyze markets to identify new opportunities, providing feedback on prospecting activities and performance.

Content Communication: Communicate the value propositions of our products and services effectively, addressing potential objections and highlighting benefits to prospective customers.

Account-Specific Planning: Collaborate with sales representatives to develop and execute account-specific prospecting plans tailored to unique business opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • **Current Interns Only**: This position is exclusively for our current summer interns who receive a return offer.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field and must complete the degree to be eligible for a full-time offer.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information and engage prospective customers.

  • Basic understanding of sales workflows and prospecting techniques.

  • Ability to analyze data and provide feedback for process improvement.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.

The base pay range per annum for this position is: 40.730,00 USD - 61.096,00 USD.

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
